Hampton Man Indicted On Deadly Weapon, Credit Card Fraud Charges: Court Indictment Roundup

Elderly man indicted on 14 child sexual abuse images charges; Derry man accused of assault with ceramic tile; Londonderry drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Gregory Thomas Brown Jr., 46, of Perkins Avenue in Hampton, on felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, disobeying an officer, two credit card fraud-less than $1,000, and two felony driving as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Seabrook on May 19, 2024, and Collins Street in Seabrook on May 22, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender. He was accused of driving recklessly, failing to stop, and speeding in Seabrook on May 22, 2024. Brown was accused of obtaining merchandise from Lowe’s in Seabrook with another person’s credit card on May 20, 2024.

Michael Allen Bryson Jr., 42, of Mount Pleasant Street in Derry, on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking a person in the face twice, causing multiple facial fractures and a subdural hemorrhage on Feb. 15, 2024, in Derry.

Elvis Jaret Burke, 41, a homeless man now located in Londonderry, on possession of fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 22, 2024, in Londonderry.

Richard Callaghan, 70, of Prevere Road in Raymond, on 11 possession of child sexual abuse images charges and three distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing jpgs and videos between Oct. 1 and Nov. 30, 2023, in Raymond.

Casey B. Carter, 42, of Washington Street in Seabrook, on fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception charges, both felonies. She was accused of using the town of Seabrook credit card to purchase goods at the Kittery Trading Post and returning the items for gift cards for person purchases between Dec. 15, 2017, and Oct. 10, 2023. Eric Peter Cassetta, 27, of Chapel Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on Aug. 28, 2024, in Seabrook.

Colby Shabot, 32, of Danville Road in Fremont, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing the Fremont Village Market on Danville Road on Nov. 24, 2024, and stealing items from Walmart in Epping on Feb. 13. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Michael E. Currier, 45, of Litchfield Road in Londonderry, on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving dangerously and at a high rate of speed in close proximity to another person on March 4 in Kingston.

Celio Decastilho Jr., 54, of Glendale Street in Everett, MA, on reckless conduct and two first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of hitting another person in the head and hand with a ceramic tile, causing a laceration on Aug. 20, 2024, in Deerfield. Decastilho was also accused of hitting the person in the neck and-or shoulder with a two-by-four.

Daniel Alexander Dejesus, 22, of Bernard Avenue in Lawrence, MA, on organized retail crime enterprise and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of conspiring with another person to remove products from Best Buy in Salem on March 9.
