Hassan Stands Behind Casino Pledge at Governors Meeting
The N.H. governor was in attendance at the National Governors Association winter meeting.

New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan once again stood behind her casino pledge during the National Governors Association winter meeting in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, according to a report by the Associated Press.
She told leaders of the NGA that waiting to act on a casino will allow Massachusetts to take gambling revenue from New Hampshire residents while New Hampshire deals with the social costs.
Hassan made similar comments during a hearing of the New Hampshire Senate Ways and Means Committee last week.
