Homeless Man Arrested After Allegedly Smoking Marijuana with Teens

MAY 28, 2013

12:00 p.m. Caller reporting that sometime between Mother's Day and Memorial Day, four solar lights were stolen from her mother's grave at Pine Grove Cemetery on 329 Main Street. Log info only.

MAY 29, 2013

10:47 a.m. Charles D. Williamson III, 26, of 160 Jennifer Drive in Chester, N.H. is arrested at Park View Inn on 109 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft, possession of a controlled drug and arrest on a warrant. Subject refused bail and is awaiting transport.

4:04 p.m. Patrick D. Bovee, 35, of homeless in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 6 Mill Pond Road and 371 N. Main St. and charged with endangering welfare of child/incompetent and alcoholism – protective custody.

A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug (marijuana/hash, under 5 grams) and possession/use of tobacco product by a minor.

Caller reported a male subject smoking marijuana with a group of juveniles.

4:34 p.m. Kristin Travers Chase, 29, of 21 Court St. Apt. A in Exeter, N.H. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft and dealing/possession of prescription drugs. Chase released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

MAY 30, 2013

2:20 p.m. Brian Sierra, 19, of 113 Varnum Ave. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department.

4:38 p.m. Nigel Fitzgerald, 26, of 9111 Church Ave. Apt. 1D in Brooklyn, NY is arrested at Abercrombie & Fitch on 1 Mall Road and charged with robbery, unarmed. Mall security reporting a fight near Ruby Tuesday's entrance. Possibly loss prevention attempting to apprehend a shoplifter.

Fitzgerald refused the services of bail, transported to jail.

5:10 p.m. Lyndsay M. Chakarian, 19, of 5 Sanborn Road in Derry, N.H. is arrested at Walmart on 314 N. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Chakarian bailed at $1,500 personal recognizance.

10:18 p.m. Keith Martin, 42, of 194 N. Main St. Apt. 2 in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 194 N. Main St. Apt. 2 and charged with simple assault, obstructing report of crime or injury and criminal threat against person.

Caller reporting that her boyfriend has returned to the apartment after he was advised to stay out for the night folowing prior verbal domestic. Caller stating that when she told him she was calling the police he left again.

Martin bailed at $1,500 personal recognizance.
