Hudson Teen Indicted On Londonderry Machete Threat Charges: Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Methuen man indicted on cocaine, fentanyl, meth sale charges; Fremont thief indicted on new theft charges; woman faces drug in jail counts.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Angela Cassen, 36, of Walton Road in Seabrook, on a felony conspiracy to tampering with witnesses and informants. She agreed with William Cassen and-or Darrel Smith Jr. to further a conspiracy with Smith telling Seabrook police he was the driver of an ATV involved in or witnessed a moped crash that killed Alvin Eaton while Angela Cassen told police Smith was not the operator of the ATV and William Cassen agreed with Angela Cassen to tell police Smith was the one operating the ATV between Aug. 24 and Aug. 28, 2024, according to the indictment. William N. Cassen, 38, also of Walton Road in Seabrook, was also indicted on a felony tampering charge.
Jose Beltre Castro, 32, of Quincy Drive in Methuen, Massachusetts, on five sale of a controlled drug and three possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell charges. He was accused of selling cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine to an undercover officer on Feb. 3 in Salem, selling meth to an undercover officer in Salem on Feb. 14 and March 13, and possessing the drugs in Salem on March 20.

Margaret Kathleen Cavanaugh, 39, of Gerard Drive in Manchester, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-committed while on release from Jaffrey District Court on March 12 in Salem. She was also previously convicted on a prior offense, according to the indictment.
Jessica Caverly, 46, of Washington Street in Exeter, on conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two conspiracy to commit theft by deception charges, all felonies. She agreed with Ricky Southers to get another person to take out a loan and transfer funds for a construction project and another transfer of $49,000 for a construction project between May 24 and Aug. 14, 2024, and July 9 and Aug. 19, 2024, in Rockingham County, according to the indictments.

Colby Chabot, 32, of Danville Road in Fremont, on six receiving stolen property felony charges. He was accused of possessing stolen New Hampshire Lottery scratch tickets on Nov. 26, 2024, owned by the West Epping Village Market. Twice before, according to the indictment, Chabot was convicted on theft charges.
Andrew P. Jones, 41, of Colby Road in Danville, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving more than 100 mph on Route 125 in Brentwood, crossing the double yellow lines, driving into oncoming traffic, and passing other vehicles on Nov. 24, 2024.
Aris Nick Karamousianis, 31, of Fisher Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on four felon in possession of a dangerous weapon felony charges as well as wo handguns-changing marks charges. He was accused of possessing a Kel-Tec KSG shotgun, a Glock 26 Gen 5, a Springfield Hellcat, and an American Tactical AR-15 in Seabrook on Jan. 1.
Robert Foster Knotts, 36, of Northwoods Forest Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina, on two theft by deception and two fraudulent use of a credit card charges, all felonies. He was aided by or acted in concert with Jajuan Scott to purchase chainsaws with someone else’s credit card on Feb. 26 in Derry, according to the indictments.
Elizabeth A. Lansil, 42, of Middle Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and delivery of articles to prisoners charges on Dec. 16, 2024, in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.
Timothy Howard Maghakian Jr., 18, of Eayers Pond Road in Hudson, on four felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of possessing a machete and threatening four people with it, saying, “I have something for mommy,” or words to that effect on Dec. 13, 2024, in Londonderry.
