Hudson Woman Indicted On Derry Fentanyl Sale Charges: Court Roundup
Salem man indicted on strangulation charge; Lowell woman indicted on wrong-way drunken driving charge; thief indicted on new theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Anthony Thomas Manning, 36, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking another person in the face while inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Dec. 11, 2024.
Carlene Maroun, 58, of April Court in Hudson, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, two sale of fentanyl, and three sale of a controlled, fentanyl-class drug charges, all felonies, in Derry on July 30, Aug. 16, Sept. 17, Oct. 1, and Oct. 3, 2024.

Deirdre Brigid Masi, 49, of University Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, driving under the influence-second offense, DUI, and criminal threat against a person charges. She was accused of driving a Lexus ES in the wrong direction while intoxicated on Interstate 93 in Salem on Nov. 17, 2024. Previously, she was convicted in Nashua District Court on a DUI charge in June 2021.
Andrew James McInnes, 40, of Lampton Drive in Derry, on burglary and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing and damaging property at Ralphie’s Café Italiano on South Broadway in Salem on Nov. 25, 2024.

Michael Moran, 46, of Dartmouth Street in Somerville, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Salem on Dec. 11, 2024. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft twice before.

Melinda Mary Sharkey, 36, of Cluff Crossing Road in Salem, on possession of fentanyl and possession of cocaine charges, both felonies, on April 2, 2024, in Salem.
Jeremiah Dwight Thorne, 35, of Longhill Road in East Sebago, Maine, on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense-fentanyl-5 grams or more, possession of fentanyl, possession of cocaine, and possession of buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on March 20, 2024, in Greenland.
Michael J. Tombarello, 68, of Hilltop Drive in Milford, on felony possession of crack cocaine and DUI charges. He was accused of driving on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Salem on Sept. 7, 2024, while under the influence.
Tyrone Andre Valentine, 31, of Cedar Street in Manchester, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking and breach of bail charges. He was accused of stealing merchandise from TJ Maxx in Plaistow on Aug. 27, and Oct. 14, 2024, and Marshalls in Salem on Sept. 17, 2024. Twice before, Valentine has been convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment. He was also out on bail in June 22, 2024, after being charged with theft in Salem, the indictment said.
Erik William Walsh, 36, of Joyce Heard Avenue in Salem, on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 1, 2024, in Salem.
