James 'Whitey' Bulger Found Guilty
The jury rendered its verdict in the trial of the notorious gangster from Boston.

Notorious gangster James "Whitey" Bulger was found guilty Aug. 12, 2013 of 11 murders – along with racketerring, conspiracy, money laundering and firearms charges.
The jury returned the verdit Monday afternoon after five days of deliberations, Somerville Patch reports.
Bulger was a key player in the Winter Hill Gang, which operated out of Somerville's Winter Hill during the 1960s and 1970s. When Bulger took over the gang following the imprisonment of its leaders, he moved its operations to Boston.
