Lawrence Man Indicted On 7 Drug Sale Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Epping man indicted on sexual assault charge; thief indicted on a new theft charge; driver indicted on Salem crash charges with injuries.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Luis Miguel Arias Urbaez, 29, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on four felony counts of sale of a controlled drug, fentanyl and heroin, and three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, cocaine, crack cocaine, and fentanyl, on Dec. 13, 2024, Jan. 13, Jan. 20, Jan. 27, Feb. 3 in Salem.

Krystle Auger, 41, of Summer Street in Penacook, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. According to the indictment, she acted in concert with Corey Riel, Margaret Furtado, and-or John Furtado, to steal merchandise from Home Goods in Londonderry on Oct. 23, 2024.Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.
Paul John Avagianos, 66, of Lincoln Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on conduct after an accident and three second-degree assault with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving and causing a crash that injured three people and failing to stop at the scene of an accident where another person was injured on Feb. 3, 2024, in Salem.

Michael Walter Bliss, 39, of White Oak Road in Center Barnstead, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a Lawrence Street home in Salem and stealing DeWalt power tools valued at more than $1,500 on Sept. 25, 2024.
Cynthia Rose Gannon, 55, of Washington Street in Seabrook, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Aug. 1, 2024, in Hampton. The indictment stated she was out on bail at the time of the incident.

Matthew Howard Gerling, 20, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of amphetamine charges, both felonies, and driving under the influence and driving after revocation or suspension charges in Londonderry on Aug. 1, 2024.
Daren Keith Gragg Sr., 48, of Pembroke Drive in Derry, on delivery of articles prohibited-amphetamine and possession of amphetamine charges, both felonies, at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Jan. 20.

Matthew A. Grondin, 42, of Eastern Avenue in Manchester, on a felony possession of meth with intent to sell charge on April 11, 2024, in Candia.
Jose Miguel Gutierrez, 18, of Fordway Extension in Derry, on bail jumping and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a Ford Econoline van and removing vacuums from DC Distributor’s lot without permission in Salem on April 27, 2024. On Oct. 21, 2024, he was accused of failing to appear in Salem District Court for arraignment on the theft charges.
Nikolas R. Guy, 32, of Pleasant Street in Epping, on a felony felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of touching a girl’s breast for sexual arousal between April 1 and Oct. 31, 2023, in Raymond.
Robert William Hickey, 55, of Spring Street in Medford, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person with a hockey stick, fracturing the lateral tibial plateau of the victim in Salem on Sept. 22, 2024.
Michael Philip Holt, 56, of Middle Road in Brentwood, on two felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges. He was accused of driving dangerously on Route 101 on Jan. 3 in Epping and failing to stop for state troopers.
