Lawyer in Prostitution Case Pleads Guilty, Pays Fine
The incident took place in June 2011.

The Union Leader reported Monday that the Concord lawyer arrested on a prostitution charge has pleaded guilty and paid a fine of $1,000.
According to the paper, Richard Mooney, 53, of Bow entered his guilty plea as part of a negotiated plea deal that allowed him to avoid a second charge of hindering apprehension.
Mooney's arrest was the result of the ongoing investigation and surveillance of the Red Roof Inn and La Quinta Inn for suspected prostitution and other crimes.
