Local Company Closes Out-of-State Branch
The closure comes months after a growth plan was implemented to hire dozens of new employees.
A Salem-based collections agency has decided to shutter its Alcoa, Tenn., office not long after outlining a growth plan that would've added 150 new jobs in that community, according to a story on BizJournals.com.
BizJournals.com has reported that Windham Professionals will shift its growth to its site in Hendersonville, Tenn., because it is a "wholly owned facility," according to Chief Operating Officer William Higginbotham. Some of the recently-hired Alcoa employees have been offered positions in the new office, which also has seen growth this year.
