Loudon Man, With Priors, Faces Stolen Property, Evidence Charges In Rockingham County: Indictment Roundup
Salem man indicted on strangulation, assault, stalking charges; Derry woman accused of using a mirror as a weapon; drug dealing indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Anthony J. Baker, 53, of Lynwood Road in Raymond, on falsifying physical evidence and five counts of theft by deception, all felonies. He was aided by or acting in concert with John Garcia by claiming to be the half-brother of another person and persuading a victim to wire him more than $1,500 on Nov. 8, Nov. 10, Nov. 14, Nov. 30, and Dec. 6, 2023, in Raymond, according to the indictments. Between Feb. 2 and Feb. 4, knowing there was a pending investigation, Baker, while acting in concert with Garcia, blacked out portions of his bank records before providing them to police to impair an investigation, according to an indictment.
Jayden Robert Ballam-Quiah, 20, of North Village Road in Loudon, on receiving stolen property and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2021 Hyundai Elantra in Seabrook on June 18, 2024, and removing it from the Walmart parking lot to impede an investigation. John Patrick Bauer Jr., 44, of Arbor Street in Brentwood, on possession of methamphetamine and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. On Feb. 10, 2024, he was accused of possessing the drug and stealing a 2017 Dodge van, owned by R.E. Prescott Co. in Exeter.
Jennelle Ann Boyle, 42, of Crescent Street in Derry, on three felony domestic violence charges. She was accused of swinging a mirror twice at an intimate partner and-or family or household member and striking the victim with the mirror once on May 13 in Derry.

Mark Russell Brochu, 56, of Yvonne Street in Rochester, on possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-meth and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 29, 2024.

Joshua Seth Jacobs, 43, of Dennison Avenue in Salem, on domestic violence-second degree assault-strangulation and five counts tampering with witnesses and informants, all felonies, as well as bail jumping, domestic violence-false imprisonment, breach of bail, three counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and six stalking charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, assaulting her repeatedly, and attempting to get her to falsely inform on Feb. 20 in Salem. Between Feb. 21 and Feb. 25, he was accused of texting the victim in an attempt to get her to withhold information and on Feb. 24, Jacobs failed to appear for arraignment, according to indictments. The communications, indictments stated, violated a stalking protection order.
Mitchell Janusz, 39, of Samoset Drive in Salem, on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking one child under 13 in the buttocks, causing bruising and grabbing and pulling another child, leaving bruising on the knee and-or inner thigh, on Jan. 25 in Salem.
Walter Thomas Johnson, 67, of Upper Scotland Drive in Raymond, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender as well as driving after revocation or suspension, motor vehicle not equipped with interlock device, and driving without giving proof. He was accused of driving on Route 16 in Newington on Jan. 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Andrew P. Jones, 41, of Colby Road in Danville, on possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of meth with intent to sell or dispense, and possession of cocaine with intent to sell or dispense charges, all felonies, on Nov. 14, 2024, in Brentwood.
Jacob T. Labrack, 33, of Mount Auburn Street in Somersworth, on receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of accepting more than $1,500 from a Seabrook client for construction work he did not complete or did not provide refund between Sept. 23 and Nov. 6, 2024. Between Nov. 6, 2024, and June 30, also in Seabrook, he retained more than $1,500 in currency owned by another in Seabrook, according to an indictment.
