Lowell Woman Arrested On Wrong-Way Drunken Driving Charges In Salem
Deirdre Masi of Lowell, MA, was arrested again on Sunday night after being accused of wrong-way drunken driving on Interstate 93 in Salem.

SALEM, NH — A woman from Massachusetts was arrested on wrong-way drunken driving charges on Interstate 93 on Sunday night, according to New Hampshire State Police.
Around 10:45 p.m., a trooper on the highway noticed a car driving north in the southbound lanes near Exit 1 in Salem. The trooper drove onto the northbound side, Tyler Dumont, the public information officer for the department, said, parallel to the vehicle, before crossing over and stopping the driver near Exit 2.
The driver, Deirdre Masi, 49, of Lowell, MA, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated-subsequent, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, reckless driving, and criminal threatening. She was held on preventative detention and was scheduled to be arraigned in Salem District Court on Monday.
