Man Allegedly Assaults Woman, Charged with DWI While Trying to Leave

9:00 a.m. Melinda Im, 18, of 655 Stevens St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment, theft. Im is released on a summons.

12:21 p.m. Shaen O'Connor Cummings, 18, of 18 Car Mar Lane Apt. A in Salem, N.H. is arrested following a dispute and charged with taking without owner's consent. Cummings is released on a summons.

12:55 p.m. Pollo Phim, 19, of 75 Andrews St. Apt. 1 in Lowell, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with receiving stolen property ($0 to $500). Phim is released on a summons.

4:42 p.m. Andrew Edward Breen, 18, of 16 Coventry Lane in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Shaw's Supermarkets on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft.

5:40 p.m. Chandra Louise Garcia, 42, of 70 Ash St. Apt. A in Nashua, N.H. is arrested at Bob's Stores on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Garcia bailed at $210 cash.

7:03 p.m. Jamie Lyn LaChance, 34, of 137 Brookdale Road Apt. 6 in Salem, N.H. is arrested following an accident at 117 Brookdale Road and charged with DUI – impairment. Property damage included trees just planted by the homeowner, which were struck. LaChance released on a summons.

7:51 p.m. Danielle Marie McGrail, 29, of 11 Columbus Ave. Apt. 1 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at Macy's on 1 Mall Road. McGrail bail set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

11:18 p.m. Edwin Alexander Abreu, 34, of 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 7 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 8 Lancelot Court Apt. 7 and charged with simple assault, driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest or detention.

Caller requesting police for domestic dispute with Abreu. She reports that she was assaulted. Man attempting to leave in a white Nissan.

Bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.
