Man Allegedly Takes Mother's Vehicle, Drags Another Down the Road

11:40 a.m. Amanda S. Marchione, 27, of 20 Sherwood Circle in Salem, N.H. is arrested at J.C. Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft and drivers license prohibitions. Marchione's bail set at $500 cash.
3:13 p.m. Massiel Javier, 19, of 39 Spruce St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at J.C. Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment. Javier bailed at $620 personal recognizance.

3:40 p.m. Caller reports she received a call from someone stating they had her brother and that they beat him up and he owed them $900 and she had to meet them in Lawrence with teh moeny. She was able to confirm that he was at work and the call was a hoax, she just wanted it noted.

12:53 p.m. Caller from Joseph Road reporting a Green Dodge Pickup at another Gloria Road residence has damaged the curbing. Department of Public Works told him to notify us if anything like this occurs. Caller is upset because it's things like this that cause his taxes to increase.
Officer checked the residence, could not find any damage to the curbing.
2:07 p.m. Andy Rodriguez, 39, of 17 Thornton Ave. Apt. 3 in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with robbery. Subject refeused bail. Will be going to jail.
10:03 p.m. Michael A. Sutton, 31, of 214 N. Franklin St. in Holbrook, Mass. is arrested on 6 Barbara Ave. and charged with simple assault, reckless operation, driving after revocation or suspension and unauthorized use of propelled vehicle. 911 caller reporting Sutton came and took his mother's vehicle without permission. The caller attempted to stop Sutton in the vehicle and was dragged down the road. The caller stated he did not need an ambulance. Sutton is back at the residence at this time and the caller has the keys back.
