Man Arrested for Tattooing 4 Minors

Salem police said the man tattooed four juveniles and he lacks a tattoo license.

The Salem Police Department has arrested a Danville man on charges of endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly tattooing four juveniles.

Police said Mark Dufour III, 21, has also never held a license to tattoo.

Dufour was arrested on a warrant May 9, in Fremont, from a case that Salem began investigating in March. A parent complained that their child was tattooed in Salem.

The investigation led to three other juveniles who were allegedly tattooed by Dufour, according to police.

Dufour was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
