Man Attempts to Steal Meat on Valentine's Day

FEBRUARY 14, 2013

1:22 p.m. NH Pawnbroker Services on 351 S. Broadway St. reports a female attempted to pawn a stolen Victoria Secret gift car. She left south on 28 in a NH vehicle.

2:17 p.m. Kelli Lee Reinhold, 33, of 5 Coventry Lane in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with an arrest on a warrant. Bail set at $2,500 cash for controlled drug act.

6:41 p.m. Shaun D. Walsh, 32, of 8 Lancelot Court  Apt. 28 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Market Basket Super Store on 265 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft.

White male wearing a brown leather jacket with thin build attempted to leave the store with meat. An employee was able to get the meat. Unknown if he took anything else. He had already been in the store earlier today attempting to return razors without a receipt.

FEBRUARY 15, 2013

8:25 a.m. Michael Allen Haggar, 46, of 440 North Ave. Apt. 167 in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with receiving stolen property and willful concealment – theft.

9:27 a.m. Nathan G. Alphonse, 23, of 20 Brewster Terrace in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on 20 Messer Ave. and charged with fugitive from justice; governor's warrant and two counts possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. Bail set at $125,000 cash. Committed to Brentwood.

1:01 p.m. Gursat Otucu, 42, of 49 Harding Ave. in Belmont, Mass. is arrested at La Quinta on 6 Keewaydin Drive and charged with fugitive from justice; governor's warrant. Bail set at $25,000 cash. Subject transported to jail.

2:40 p.m. Justin Sousa, 21, of 24 Greenmont Ave. in Dracut, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft and hindering apprehension or prosecution.

Jason Jreome Lamy, 22, of 57 Lakeview Ave. Apt. E in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Lamy has bail set at $1,120 cash. Sousa has bail set at $620 cash.

6:29 p.m. Daniel Barto Straitiff, 26, of 39 Palisade Drive in Nashua, N.H. is arrested at CVS on 512 S. Broadway St. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (motor vehicle).
