Man Charged With Theft, Receiving Stolen Property

10:22 a.m. Marion L. Smith, 36, of 7 Martin St. Apt. 2 in Nashua, N.H. is charged with willful concealment – theft. Bail set at $1,000 cash. 

10:41 a.m. Elvis Rivera, 37, of 70 Union St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with fraudulent use of credit card, two counts of theft by deception and two counts of receiving stolen property. Rivera refused the services of the bail commissioner. Will be transported to Rockingham County House of Corrections.

12:48 p.m. Subject in the lobby reporting she was scammed by someone stating they were from Microsoft.

1:57 p.m. Mall security reporting there is a male subject possibly involved in drug activity at 1 Mall Road. He is a white male wearing a brown hoodie and tan pants. Subject trespassed from the mall.
