Man Gets 10-20 Years for Crash That Killed Salem Woman

The accident killed Marceline Weaver of Salem and injured two others.

The Eagle-Tribune reported today that a Windham man was sentenced to serve 10 to 20 years in prison for killing a Salem woman and injuring two others in a June 2010 crash.

The newspaper reported that Randall Stewart, 48, was sentenced today in Strafford Superior Court in Dover. Stewart pleaded guilty last fall to negligent homicide and other charges in the death of 49-year-old Marceline Weaver. The accident happened during a charity motorcycle ride.
