A 57-year-old woman was reportedly pushed to the ground by a Woburn, Mass. man Thursday night during a road range incident, according to a report by WMUR.
The man who allegedly shoved her, Robert McQuaid, has been charged with simple assault, while the woman was transported to the hospital with a leg injury. According to the report, McQuaid was the passenger in a vehicle that was swerving on Route 28 just before the incident took place.
