Man Threatens to Throw Ashes of Girlfriend's Late Husband Out Window

FEBRUARY 9, 2013

1:58 a.m. Caller at Lancelot Court went downstairs to another apartment to ask the resident to turn down their music. The male resident came to the door yelling and he had a gun in his hand. Described as a small black handgun. Caller in her apartment and will be watching for officers to buzz them in.

Officers advising negative on any firearms. Both parties were spoken to and will be settling down for the night.

12:55 a.m. Karen C. Tefft, 25, of 10 Wilson Ave. Apt. B In Derry, is charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Tefft released by Derry PD on a summons.

10:06  a.m. Timothy Arthur Fitzpatrick, 22, of 7 Third St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 7 Third St. and charged with obstructing report of crime or injury and criminal mischief (vandalism). Fitzpatrick refused bail, awaiting transport to jail.

8:17 p.m. Sharon Lee Sullivan, 50, of 307 Salem St. in Wilmington, Mass. is arrested at 517 S. Broadway St. and charged with driving while intoxicated. She was stopped in the Chili's Parking lot, transported to Parkland Medical Center.

8:55 p.m. Caller at 332 N. Broadway St. is reporting that her boyfriend is out of control and threatening to throw her late husband's ashes out of the window onto the parking lot below.

FEBRUARY 11, 2013

8:26 a.m. Kathleen M. Balboni, 37, of 18 Summer St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 18 Summer St. and charged with a bench warrant. Bailed at $385 cash.

2:43 p.m. Alyssa Shaw, 17, of 440 North Ave. Apt. 123 in Haverhill, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment - theft.

Two 16-year-old juveniles are arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and each charged with willful concealment – theft.

Shaw released on a summons court date of April 1, 2013. Two juveniles released to parents.
