July 29

  • 10:32 a.m., suspicious vehicle at Salem District Court; warning issued.
  • 10:43 a.m., fraud complaint filed with the police station.
  • Theft reported at Lord & Taylor, 3:17 p.m.
  • Hit-and-run accident reported at JC Penney, 6:52 p.m., minimal damage.
  • Theft of a chair from Planet Fitness, 7:34 p.m.
  • Criminal threatening – person reports they were threatened at the Walmart in connection with some road rage, 7:47 p.m.
  • 8:07 p.m., Jacqueline Rose Pouliot, 20, of 428 Forest Road, Wilton, charged with willful concealment for alleged shoplifting at Macy's.
  • Skateboarders at Hedgehog Park directed to move along, 9:36 p.m.
  • 10:18 p.m., theft of a bag and cell phones reported at Canobie Lake Park. Officer called the cell phone number and a person answered but was unable to bring it to the station. The items were recovered.

July 30

  • 9:49 a.m., Marie Francis Bernardini, 48, of 35 Brookwood Drive, Salem, charged with simple assault.
  • Jessica Turner, 25, of 31 Brookwood Drive, Apt. 0, Salem, charged with simple assault.
  • 2:11 p.m., hit-and-run reported in the parking lot of Walmart; caller reports minimal damage to car.
  • 3 p.m., suspicious activity on Apollo Way; caller reporting that someone keeps ringing her door bell and knocking on her door. Officer finds out it was the neighbors playing a joke.

July 31

  • 10:46 a.m., woman reports that her cell phone was stolen last night at McDonald's.
  • 5:47 p.m., caller reporting that her lawn mower was stolen from his shed on Marsh Avenue.
  • 5:59 p.m., OHRV complaint: caller reports dirt bikes are racing up and down the road on Shore Drive.
  • 8:11 p.m., soliciting complaint: caller reports man from Direct TV was soliciting.
  • 8:36 p.m., officers check property for the new CVS
  • Theft of a credit card at Hess reported, 8:50 p.m.
