CONCORD, NH — Three men were arrested on Monday after a multi-month investigation into the killing of a man in Derry.
The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office announced Monday night that Jeffrey Li, 18, and Marco Junior Marquez Vera, 20, both of Queens, New York, were arrested on second-degree murder charges in the stabbing death of Gui Lin, 41, at a warehouse space on Peabody Annex Road in Derry on May 19.
A third person, Michael Garrity, the director of communications for the department, said, acted in concert and aided in recklessly causing Lin’s death.
