Nashua Man Indicted On Derry Strangulation, Threat, And Restraint Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Lawrence man faces Salem fentanyl dispense charge; man indicted on theft charge; habitual offender, with priors, indicted on crash charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Steven Andrew Bosselman, 47, of Water Street in Medford, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of using another person’s ATM card to steal more than $1,500 from their bank account between Jan. 28 and March 18, 2024, in Derry.

Kimberly Marie Bousquet, 38, of Old Hackett Hill Road in Manchester, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. She was accused of throwing milk out of the carton and hitting a corrections officer with it on Feb. 4 inside the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Andrea N. Callis, 51, of Portsmouth Street in Rochester, on a felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Fresh River Road in Epping on Oct. 17, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Paul R. Cameron Jr., 41, of Hornetown Road in Farmington, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Oct. 19, 2024, in Portsmouth.

James Marshall Canney, 63, of Depot Road in Epping, on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender count and a conduct after an accident charge. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Raymond and failing to immediately stop at the scene of an accident on July 7, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Cesar Kelvin Carvajal Lara, 20, of Lawrence Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense charge, more than 5 grams, in Salem on March 4.

Bryan R. Ford, 39, of Bow Street in Northwood, on theft by unauthorized taking and burglary counts, both felonies, as well as three criminal trespass charges. He was accused of burglarizing a building in Northwood on Oct. 26, 2024, and stealing more than $1,500 worth of log home materials. The trespass charges were connected to a building on Bow Street in Northwood on Oct. 25 and Oct. 26, 2024, and another premises on Oct. 27, 2024.

Albert William Frost Jr., 45, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, on two possession of controlled drugs-subsequent charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl and cocaine mix, and a theft by unauthorized taking-subsequent charge, all felonies. The drug charges stem from an incident in Epping on Dec. 19, 2024. Frost was accused of stealing Dewalt power tools from Lowe’s in Epping on March 4. According to the indictment, he has previously been convicted of theft and drug possession.

Jan Kariel Garcia Rivera, 24, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on criminal restraint and two domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charges, all felonies, as well as criminal threatening and reckless conduct. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner and-or family or household member between Feb. 9 and Feb. 10 in Derry. Garcia Rivera also “repeatedly assaulted (a woman) in her apartment over a period of several hours and physically prevented (her) from leaving,” according to an indictment. He was also accused of turning on gas stove burners, stating, “I’ll light the house on fire,” which resulted in a rag catching on fire.

Kyle Henderson, 32, of North Road in Brentwood, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking another person in the head on Jan. 14 in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Michael Ryan Hills, 41, a homeless man now located in Hampton, on possession of amphetamine and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, on Nov. 15, 2023, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in July 2018.

Zachary M. Jabar, 33, of Sagamore Road in Rye, on a felony possession of meth charge on Aug. 24, 2024, in Greenland.
