The New Hampshire Liquor Commission has granted a tobacco license for a new retail store that sells waterpipes, hookahs, glass spoons and other accessories used to smoke tobacco products. Happy Daze, located at 368 North Broadway, Unit 2, is owned by Jacob Kaplan, according to documents released by the commission after it's most recent meeting.  The business' <a href="http://www.happydazesalemnh.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">website</a> indicates it is a family-owned store, and it's <a href="https://twitter.com/_Happy_Daze_" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Twitter account</a> has a variety of posts about the business and its products since Oct. 26.
