Newfields Man Indicted On East Kingston Rape, Second-Degree Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Salem man indicted on fentanyl sale charge; NY man accused of passing phony $100 bill in Portsmouth; thieves indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Darryl F. Cadet, 36, of Oakridge Avenue in Salem, on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and sale of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He sold fentanyl to a confidential informant working with the Salem police on Dec. 4, 2024, and possessed 5 grams of fentanyl in Salem on Jan. 8, according to the indictments.

Lisa Marie Coelho, 42, of Knox Marsh Road in Dover, on possession of crack cocaine and two possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, cocaine and fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of possessing more than 5 grams of fentanyl and more than half an ounce of cocaine on Feb. 27, 2024, in Portsmouth.

Annmarie Currier, 58, of Hayes Park in Brentwood, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving in the parking lot of the Irving-Circle K in Stratham on Feb. 16 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Kevin C. Dadaille, 47, of Clarkson Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on theft by deception and fraudulent use of a credit card charges, both felonies. He was accused of using a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise from Target in Salem on April 18, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Dadaille has been convicted on theft charges.

David G. Delgenio, 25, of Route 108 in Newfields, on four aggravated felonious sexual assault and four second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping a woman repeatedly between Jan. 1 and Aug. 27, 2023, in East Kingston, as well as strangling her and pushing her face into a pillow or bedding, according to the indictments.

Ryan David Duval, 37, of Brook Drive in Hudson, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the Walmart in Portsmouth on Oct. 17, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a theft charge.

Jonathan David Emerson, 53, of North Road in Kingston, on two felony possession of a controlled drug charges, cocaine and fentanyl, on April 16, 2024.

Jonathan A. Fernandez, 36, of 89th Street in Jackson Heights, New York, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of passing a counterfeit $100 bill in Portsmouth on March 8.

Joshua Andrew Fowler, 46, of Balsam Lane in Sandown, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing gloves and-or thermal gear from Mountain Dog in Plaistow on Jan. 24. Previously, according to the indictment, Fowler was convicted twice before on theft charges.

Darren Michael Frawley, 46, of Maple Avenue in Atkinson, on two felon in possession of a deadly weapon, a blackjack and brass knuckles, possession of alprazolam and possession of oxycodone, and three sale of a controlled drug charges-oxycodone charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling oxy to a confidential informant of the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office on April 25, April 30, and May 7, 2024, in Atkinson. The drug and weapon possession charges were from incidents in Atkinson on May 15, 2024.

Heath David Freeman, 46, of Sergeant Way in Barrington, on operate as a habitual offender and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving on Wadleigh Falls Road in Newmarket on Feb. 7 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Freeman also stole irrigation supplies from East Coast Outdoors in Newmarket and a GeoRipper in Newmarket from another person, according to the indictments.

Albert William Frost Jr., 46, of Suncook Valley Highway in Epsom, on possession of methamphetamine, crime while released on bail-theft by unauthorized taking, and attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. The attempted theft was connected to an incident at Walmart on Nov. 6, 2024, in Epping. Frost was accused of stealing items from Home Depot and possessing meth on Nov. 23, 2024, in Salem. Twice before, he was convicted on theft charges, according to the indictment.

John A. Furtado Jr., 49, and Margaret M. Furtado, 55, both of Rand Drive in Chester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge each. Margaret M. Furtado worked in concert with or aided by Corey Riel and Krystle Auger to steal merchandise from Home Goods in Londonderry on Oct. 23, 2024, according to the indictments. Twice before, they both were convicted on theft charges. At the time of the arrest, John A. Furtado was out on bail.
