Salem High Football Aims to Tackle Hunger this Weekend
Local athletes are participating in a statewide effort, and fans have plenty of opportunities to contribute.

Hundreds of Granite State families and thousands of local youth are struggling to meet their daily nutrition and dietary needs each day, and this weekend, local high school football programs will do their part to sack the state's ongoing hunger problem.
The New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) is partnering with the New Hampshire Food Bank and WMUR this weekend for a non-perishable food collection drive through the "Tackles for Hunger" program.
All New Hampshire football games scheduled for Friday, Nov. 1 and Saturday, Nov. 2 will provide collection points.
