Ohio Man Arrested After Fight at Racetrack

FEBRUARY 6, 2013
11:24 a.m. Caller reporting a Green Honda Accord all over the road. Ran up onto the curb several times. Vehicle pulled into the lot of Store 24. Female driver went into the nail salon.

Police determine driver was having a reaction to new medication. Her daughter was enroute to pick her up.
12:12 p.m. Employee reportinga used hypodermic needle near the vacuums. Request to have an officer remove it as they don't want to touch it. Three needles picked up and will be disposed of.

2:10 p.m. Elderly driver hit the building at Supercuts, 126 S. Broadway St. No injury, minor damage to the building. Ther is damage to the vehicle. Inspector stating building is structurally sound.
2:59 p.m. Rafael Colon Beamud, 32, of 63 Lawrence Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at Fisk School on 14 Main St. and charged with arrest on a warrant. Bail set at $5,000 cash. Transported to Rockingham County Jail.
7:30 p.m. Robert G. Highfill, 34, of 1047 Indian Wood Drive in Mason, Ohio is arrested at Rockingham Park on 77 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Highfill bailed at $500 cash.
9:22 p.m. Cameron N. Guimond, 18, of 6 Blake Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 6 Blake Road in Salem, N.H. and charged with burglary and theft by deception. Guimond bailed on personal recognizance.
10:01 p.m. Nina Marie Russo, 21, of 15 Crescent St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with simple assault. Russo released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
FEBRUARY 7, 2013
12:47 a.m. Louis Mallous, 35, of 11 Samoset Drive in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 99 Millville St. and 1 Lake St. and charged with driving while intoxicated. Caller reporting that Mallous was sitting in the middle of the intersection when the caller pulled up behind his vehicle. Mallous awoke when the caller approached the vehicle and took off, running a stop sign on the way.
Mallous is transported to Parkland Medical Center for a blood draw.
