Police Respond to Man Ringing Doorbells While Bleeding From the Head

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

FEBRUARY 22, 2013

12:33 p.m. Neil Patrick Keegan, 20, of 33 Mathias St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested for criminal mischief (vandalism) and simple assault. Bail set at $1,000 personal recognizance.

4:01 p.m. Paul Ernis Silva, 33, of 75 Union St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with two counts of willful concealement – theft and an arrest on a warrant. Silva transported to Parkland Medical Center after complaining of a headache. Silva refused bail.

FEBRUARY 23, 2013

6:27 p.m. Angela Louise Michael Tropeano, 33, of 88 Emerson St. Apt. 90A in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention.

7:15 p.m. Daniel Hernandez, 21, of 1254 Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, Mass. is arrested at Macy's on 1 Mall Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Hernandez bailed at $660.

8:12 p.m. Michael Joseph Keating II of 53 B New Zealand Road in Seabrook, N.H. is arrested on 1 Mall Road and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

8:27 p.m. Derek Douglas Nicholson, 25, of 59 Summer St. in Rochester, N.H. is arrested on 1 Mall Road and charged with criminal trespass. Bailed at $200 personal recognizance.

FEBRUARY 24, 2013

1:53 a.m. Paul Herbert Braster, 22 of 8 Pawtucket Lane in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 51 E. Broadway St. and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. Braster is released on a summons.

Timothy Arthur Fitzpatrick, 22, of 7 Third St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested at 51 E. Broadway St. and charged with default or breach of bail conditions. Fitzpatrick has bail set at $2,500 cash. Transported to Brentwood.

1:33 p.m. Luis A. Hernandez, 23, of 64 Sylvester St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

FEBRUARY 25, 2013

1:49 a.m. Caller reporting a male subject ringing doorbells at 2 Lancelot Court. Subject is bleeding from his head and has a bottle of alcohol in his hands.

Caller reporting that someone buzzed the male subject in. Unsure where in the building he is.

Officers advise that subject doesn't want Salem Fire to respond and he will be staying in his apartment for the night.
