Portsmouth Woman Indicted On Drug Sale, Possession, And Theft Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Derry man indicted on career criminal, drug distribution charges; NY man indicted on shooting charges; man faces gift card scam charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Philip Jerald Amirault, 40, of Proctor Street in Salem, Massachusetts, on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of issuing a check for more than $1,500 but the payment was refused between Sept. 1 and Sept. 11, 2023, in Seabrook.
Kelvin Martins Andrade, 33, of Norwell Street in Dorchester, MA, on a felony delivery of articles prohibited-marijuana and possession of more than three-quarters of an ounce of marijuana or 5 grams of hash charges on Feb. 3 at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood.

Christopher A. Armstrong, 23, of Jennings Drive in Raynham, MA, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving his vehicle erratically in an area crowded with bystanders on June 16, 2024, in Seabrook.
Brian Davis, 58, of West Silver Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on two theft by deception and two fraudulent of credit card charges, all felonies. He was accused of using another person’s credit to purchase more than $1,500 in gift cards from Rite Aid and between $1,000 and $1,500 in gift cards from Home Depot in Portsmouth on Nov. 6, 2024.

Michael Joseph DeBiase, 30, of Munroe Street in Derry, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, armed career criminal, possession of methandienone, possession of buprenorphine with intent to distribute, possession of buprenorphine, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of fentanyl, receiving stolen property-9mm Sig Sauer P365 pistol, and two felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, all felonies, in Salem on Feb. 20. He is an armed career criminal due to two intent to distribute conviction in Chelsea MA District Court in February 2022 and an intent to distribute in Haverhill MA District Court in October 2022.

Kathryn Jeanne Desavage, 39, of Gosling Road in Portsmouth, on theft by unauthorized taking, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and cocaine mix, falsifying physical evidence, possession of alprazolam, two sale of cocaine, and two accomplice to theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies, and operating without a valid license and false report to law enforcement charges. She worked in concert with Jordan Watson to sell cocaine to an undercover police officer in Portsmouth on Feb. 29 and March 7, 2024, according to the indictment. Desavage was accused of theft, aided by Watson, at Walmart in Seabrook on Sept. 23, 2024, Home Depot in Salem on Nov. 11, 2024, and Ace Hardware in Exeter on Nov. 18, 2024, according to the indictment.
Mark Ira Dolgonos, 21, of Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn, New York, on second-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing and manipulating a loaded firearm and shooting another person in Derry on Feb. 8.
Hunter Steven Doyle, 32, of Curtis Road in Hampton Falls, on two criminal threatening with a deadly weapon and two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a gun from his vehicle at two other people in Hampton on Feb. 4, 2023.
Nicholas Druan, 40, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony violation of a protective order charge. He was accused of calling a woman, a protective party, and speaking with her on March 1 in Derry, after previously being convicted during the past six years.
Wayne E. Dufault, 54, of Towtaid Street in Cherry Valley, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking-committed while on release charge and a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was accused of obtaining a 2018 Ford Econoline F-450 truck in Hampton while out on bail out of Portsmouth District Court between Nov. 20 and Nov. 21, 2024.
Dharamdatt Durga, 42, of 107th Avenue in Ozone Park, NY, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Lowe’s in Seabrook on Jan. 2 after previously being convicted of grand larceny in Nassau County 1st District Court in August 2014 and retail theft in Cook County Circuit Court in March 2018.
