Rhode Island Man Indicted On Cocaine Sale Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Derry, Salem drug indictments; MA man accused of striking a man with his car while doing donuts; Manchester man indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Zachary Thane Bailey, 32, of Cross Street in Littleton, on possession of methamphetamine, possession of buprenorphine, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies, on Oct. 27, 2024, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more prior offenses.
Steven Aaron Bergeron, 36, of Bell Avenue in Hooksett, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of meth, and possession of fentanyl and cocaine charges, all felonies, on June 12, 2024, in Kingston.

John E. Bimbris III, 44, of Elm Street in Manchester, on two theft by deception and two fraudulent use of a credit card charges, all felonies. He was accused of using another person’s credit card to purchase Bay State Pool Supplies in Stratham between May 25 and June 5, 2023, and again between Oct. 24 and Nov. 27, 2023.
Marjorie Ann Blaisdell, 45, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on possession of clonazepam, possession of buprenorphine, possession of fentanyl, possession of crack cocaine, and possession of methamphetamine charges, all felonies, on March 28, 2024, in Derry.

Jose Christian Blas Sanchez, 45, of Alpine Street in Warwick, Rhode Island, on possession of cocaine with intent to sell-more than 5 ounces, possession of clonazepam, and possession of alprazolam charges, all felonies, on Jan. 6 in Salem.
Susan Brunelle, 43, of Shore Drive in Salem, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Jan. 2 in Salem.

Ricky Allan Perkins, 55, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Seabrook on Sept. 1, 2024, after twice before being convicted on theft charges.
Sasha Marie Phaneuf, 39, of Raymond Road in Nottingham, on a felony count operating while being certified a habitual offender. She was accused of driving on Pearl Street in Derry on Oct. 21. 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Noah James Plante, 22, of Beaver Path in West Wareham, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, conduct after an accident, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a Lexus GS400 in a reckless manner, in a crowded area, doing donuts, and striking another man with the vehicle, breaking his ankle, on June 16, 2024, in Seabrook.
Larry Darnell Powell, 37, of Ahearn Street in Manchester, on a felony in possession of a deadly weapon-knife on Dec. 4, 2024, in Derry. Powell is a felony due to a second-degree-domestic violence felony conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2022.
Robert E. Provost, 54, of Western Avenue in Dover, on a felony operating as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Route 16 in Newington on Oct. 27, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Kevin Kenneth Rabidou Jr., 50, of Pine Street in Salem, on a felony count of tampering with witnesses and informants as well as two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of pulling a woman’s hair and slapping her face on Nov. 22, 2024. Rabidou was then accused of attempting to get another person to “try to put the kibosh on some of that stuff” or words to that effect on Dec. 4, 2024, in Salem.
