Six minutes later, police responded again to the scene after learning that Butzien had once again blocked the woman's car in. Officers learned from the complainant that the unintelligible comment that Butzien was making the first time was "have a nice day pig."
Officers responded to his apartment, where they were once again met by a volatile, aggresive Butzien who was again yelling profanities.
At that time, Butzien said to an officer, "I know your name and number and I will see you on the street."
A small child was also crying in the back of Butzien's apartment.
Officers placed Butzien under arrest, at which time he began hostile actions towards the officers who were able to quickly take him into custody.
One officer stayed with the child until care could be arranged and the vehicle was moved.
Butzien was processed and released on $500 cash bail pending arraignment in court.
