Salem Man Headed To Prison For Act Of Revenge
Kenyoun Gifford of Salem attempted to get revenge on a Manchester man by planting child abuse images in his apartment.
MANCHESTER, NH — Kenyoun Gifford, from Salem, NH, was sentenced to 3 to 7 years for a case that involved Gifford’s scheme to plant child abuse images in someone's apartment in Manchester. Gifford’s girlfriend left him for a co-worker and Gifford, in a scheme of revenge, planted children abuse images in the apartment of her new boyfriend.
He then made tips to Manchester police who investigated the incident. The investigation led to Gifford planting the images and being arrested on multiple charges. In January, he pleaded guilty to two felony-level burglary charges.
In Hillsborough County Superior Court Thursday, Gifford was sentenced as part of a plea agreement. He was sentenced to 3 to 10 Years in the NH State Prison. He also was sentenced to 3.5-years on the second burglary charges with that sentence being suspended for five years.

Gifford will be mandated to receive counseling if recommended by the Department of Corrections and be on parole for two years after his release from prison. He is prohibited from contacting the victims involved in the case.
Gifford, who walked into court a free man, was taken into custody by Hillsborough County Sheriff's who placed him in handcuffs.

According to the Prosecutor, other charges which had been brought related to this case will be nolle prossed.
