Salem Man Indicted On 7 Privacy Charges, Accused Of Installing Camera In Teen’s Room: Court Indictments
Seabrook teen indicted on child sexual abuse images charges; Manchester woman indicted on fentanyl distribution charge; theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
George Franklin Eaton, 19, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on two distribution of child sexual abuse images and 10 possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing .mp4s and .mov files on Jan. 22, Feb. 20, and Nov. 12, 2024, in Seabrook. He was accused of selling or exchanging .mp4 files on Jan. 22, and Feb. 20, 2024, in Seabrook.
Anthony Mark Edmiston, 61, of Brady Avenue in Salem on seven felony counts of violation of privacy. He was accused of installing or using a camera in a child’s bedroom on Jan. 30, Jan. 31, and Feb. 6, in Salem.

Melissa S. Ellis, 46, of Fulton Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge on Sept. 3, 2024, in Windham.
Brittany R. Fisher, 30, of Main Street in Pittsfield, on three felony possession of a controlled drug charges, methamphetamine, cocaine, and fentanyl, on Feb. 5 in Salem.

Jake Daniel Folery, 33, of East Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs, California, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of using a Bank of America card owned by another person to make payments on his Capital One credit card between Sept. 1, 2022, and June 30, 2024, in Rockingham County.
Luke J. Foster, 24, of Candia Road in Manchester, on a felony false personation charge. On April 3, in Hampton, he was accused of approaching a person on Ocean Boulevard and identifying himself as a law enforcement officer, telling the person to put his hands behind his back while he called for backup.

Michael Ryan Hills, 41, a homeless man now located in Hampton, on a three felony identity fraud charges. He was accused of creating three accounts using another person’s identity between Sept. 16, 2023, and Feb. 10, 2024, in Portsmouth.
Benjamin John Huson, 35, of North Main Street in Newton, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing Klemm’s Mobil on Indian Rock Road in Windham on Dec. 21, 2024.
Kellyn Patryck Jewell, 28, of High Street in Somersworth, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing the property of Bluefox Mobile by removing more than $1,500 in merchandise from the safe at the Portsmouth Xfinity store where he was working on Feb. 7.
Stephanie Marie Kelly, 37, of Pheasant Lane in Manchester, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of meth, possession of fentanyl, and falsifying physical evidence charges. She was accused of possessing the drugs, including more than 5 grams of fentanyl, and telling another person to hide the fentanyl in a car while being pulled over by police in Londonderry on July 7, 2024.
Benjamin Elijah Laudani, 22, of South Road in Kensington, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 south in Hampton Falls at a high rate of speed and making unsafe lane changes on Jan. 20, 2025.
