Salem police are hunting for a suspect in an armed robbery of a convenience store at 52 Lowell Road on May 12. The RaceMart store and gas station was robbed at about 9:45 p.m., when a man entered and threatened the clerk with a handgun, according to the Salem Police Department. The man fled on a black and blue motorcycle heading westbound on Route 38 toward Pelham. He was wearing a full face helmet, black clothing, gloves and a mask. The crime remains under investigation. Salem police ask anyone with information on the case to call Detective Sambataro at (603) 893-1911.
