School Security Guard Indicted On Sexual Assault, Stalking, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Lawrence man accused of drug sales in Seabrook; thief accused of liquor store thefts; Londonderry man indicted for firing gun near others.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Salvatore J. Collella, 35, of Cleveland Street in Melrose, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge in Salem on Oct. 28, 2024.

Gabriel Elias Cordero Carmona, 30, of Erving Street in Lawerence, MA, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug charges, cocaine and fentanyl. He worked in concert with Carolina Nunez to sell more than 5 grams of fentanyl to an undercover police officer in Seabrook on Dec. 31, 2024, and twice on Jan. 6, according to the indictments.

Christopher Paul Crowell, 28, of Fairway Drive in Derry, on five felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault as well as stalking, simple assault, and four prohibited sales of alcohol charges. He repeatedly sexually assaulted a girl, grabbed her arm, and gave her alcohol between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2024, while employed as a security guard at Pinkerton Academy, where the girl was a student, according to the indictments. Crowell was also accused of contacting the girl on social media, giving her unwelcome gifts, and sitting outside her place of work and driving by her home, after being blocked from contact.

Christopher Daly, 50, of South Main Street in Rochester, on possession of cocaine-subsequent, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute-subsequent, and attempted sale of a controlled drug-meth-subsequent charges, all felonies, on April 27, 2023, in Hampton. Previously, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2017.

Andrew Allen Majoy, 37, of Spruce Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from the New Hampshire state Liquor and Wine Outlet in Londonderry on June 10, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a theft charge.

Taber Wade Marceau, 34, of Mohawk Drive in Londonderry, on two felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of firing his handgun twice in the air, near pedestrians and vehicular traffic, on West Broadway in Derry on Oct. 27, 2024.

Devin Jon Lester Marsh, 23, of Old County Road in Clarksville, on possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Aug. 9, 2024, in Salem. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of one or more prior offenses.

Michael Masterson, 36, of Wight Street in Raymond, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a switchblade knife and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on June 23, 2024, in Raymond. He is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Rockingham County Superior Court in January 2014.

Danielle M. McHugh, 30, of North Groton Road in Hebron, on possession of fentanyl and cocaine mix and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Dec. 19, 2024, in Epping.

Kelly W. Moccia, 40, of Derry Way in Derry, on possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of fentanyl while committed on release, all felonies, and DUI. She was accused of driving while intoxicated on Oct. 30, 2024, in the parking lot of the Domino’s Pizza in Derry.

Axel Javier Montalvo, 46, of Harrison Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing liquor from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Plaistow on Feb. 24. On Feb. 26, he was accused of driving a Honda Pilot recklessly and fleeing from Plaistow police. Twice before, according to the indictment, Montalvo was convicted on theft charges.

John F. Morrow, 39, of Nottingham Road in Raymond, on possession of fentanyl and-or cocaine and possession of meth charges, both felonies, on Nov. 10, 2024, in Londonderry. He was previously convicted on a controlled drug charge in Rockingham County Superior Court in March 2018.

Alexandria Murphy, 34, of Daffodil Hill Lane in Rochester, on possession of buprenorphine, possession of meth, and possession of diazepam charges, all felonies, on Aug. 6, 2024, in Hampton. At the time, she was out on bail connected to cases in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and-or Belknap County Superior Court.
