Seabrook Woman Indicted On Cocaine, Crack Distribution Counts: Roundup

Sex offender accused of not telling cops about socials; Tilton man indicted on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Sheena Irene Johnson, 39, of Steven Way in Litchfield, on a felony driving while certified as a habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Route 111 in Windham on Nov. 6, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender.

Frank Warren Kimball, 36, of South Warren Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony willful concealment charge. He was accused of stealing a bottle of vodka from the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Seabrook on May 19, 2023. Twice before, according to the indictment, Kimball has been convicted on theft charges.

Jacob Knipstein, 29, of Piscassic Road in Newfields, on three felony sex offender register, failure to comply charges. He was accused of failing to register Facebook, SnapChat, and Tinder accounts with Newfields police on March 15, 2024. Knipstein is a sex offender due to a sexual assault conviction in York County Maine in November 2023.

Kenneth Lambert, 43, of South Main Street in Rochester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Newington on Sept. 4, 2024.

Evan Jaden Lavenskie, 20, of Clark Road in Tilton, on a felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charge. He was accused of posting a photo of a woman’s breasts to her SnapChat story to harass and intimate her between June 1 and July 19, 2024, in Derry.

Janean Lena Polito, 42, of Concord Street in Seabrook, on two felony possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute charges, cocaine and crack cocaine. She was accused of possessing the drugs with intent to sell or dispense them on Jan. 11, 2024, in Seabrook.

John Larry Pownall, 58, of High Street in Somersworth, on operating after certification as a habitual offender and escape charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on West Park Road in Newington on Nov. 22, 2024, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. Pownall also left Exeter Hospital on Nov. 27, 2024, and removed an ankle monitor in order to violate a bail order with Portsmouth District Court, according to the indictment.

Scott Stuart Rand, 60, of Wight Street in Raymond, on possession of fentanyl and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, on Oct. 8, 2024, in Raymond.

Amanda Marie Rice, 30, of Holiday Drive in Portsmouth, on felony domestic violence and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was accused of threatening an intimate partner with a knife, pushing him, and punching him, on Nov. 6, 2024, in Portsmouth.

Alexis Rodriguez, 26, of Jefferson Terrace in Loudon, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge, by placing others in danger by driving in the wrong direction of Interstate 93 on Aug. 18, 2024, in Londonderry, according to the indictment.

Thomas John Ross, 49, of Carriage Lane in Salem, on possession of alprazolam and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a 26-inch collapsible baton and a 4-inch blade knife on June 28, 2024, in Salem. He is a felony due to a receiving stolen property convicted in May 2021 in Rockingham County Superior Court, according to the indictment.

Kara Ann Rowe, 55, of Pequawket Trail in East Baldwin, Maine, on possession of fentanyl with intent to dispense-5 grams or more and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on March 20, 2024, in Greenland.

Jennifer Nicole Santos, 38, of Grove Street in Dover, on a possession of crack cocaine committed while on release on July 12, 2024, in Epping. At the time, she was out on bail, the indictment said. Santos has also previously been convicted, according to the indictment.

Jordan Shallow, 43, of Fran Avenue in Plaistow, on conspiracy to commit interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited and six interception and disclosure of telecommunication or oral communications prohibited charges, all felonies. Between Nov. 21, 2023, and June 30, 2024, Shallow installed a wi-fi camera at The Wing Parlor Private Salon in Hampstead, recording others, and agreed with Katherine Johnson and Suzanne Sherman to view the videos in a group chat called “The Investigators,” according to the indictments.
