Selfless Salem Couple Honored with 'Beautiful' Memorial

The "best" donors a local nonprofit has ever had were given a special tribute Wednesday for being "rocks" of the community.

Russ Ingram and his late wife Bobbi were honored by the Salem Boys and Girls Club on Wednesday for donating immeasurable amounts of time, energy and love to the club, let alone over $250,000 over the course of the past decade, according to the Union Leader.

"When we pointed out that he was our best contributor ever, he gave us more money to pay down the debt on our building," Patrick Donovan, president of the Salem Boys and Girls Club board, reportedly said.  “He has worked tirelessly for this club for many years, and he is one of the many rocks this club is built upon."
