The senator will tour the Salem business to discuss the STEP Grant program, which has bolstered Corfin's workforce by 10 percent.

Submitted on behalf of U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen

U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) will tour New Hampshire businesses on Friday, October 18 to discuss efforts to create jobs and strengthen the economy.

Shaheen has regularly partnered with New Hampshire business leaders on her efforts at the federal level to boost job creation and economic growth and her visits will take place two days after Congress reopened the government and avoided a default on the nation’s debt by passing a bipartisan compromise that Senator Shaheen supported.
