SHS Softball Continues to Shut Out Opponents, Advances to State Semifinals
The team has not given up a run this postseason.

The Salem High School girls softball team once again shut out an opponent Saturday, blanking Spaulding 3-0 en route to the state semifinals.
The Blue Devils will now take on top-seeded Concord at Southern New Hampshire University Wednesday in the NHIAA Division I state tournament.
SHS avenged a loss in their only regular season meeting with Spaulding, a 5-4 defeat on May 10.

Concord will pose a tough test. The Crimson Tide lost just two games all year, blanking Salem 2-0 in the only meeting between the two teams.
Wednesday's game will take place at 7 p.m.
