Still Time to Donate to 'Relay for Life Salem'

While another successful year of "Relay for Life" in Salem has come and gone, there is still time for residents to give back.

The annual charity event for the American Cancer Society saw 48 teams and 453 people participate, raising a total of $109,049.25 as of Sunday night.

Residents still have until August 31 to make a donation to this year's relay.

As of now, the top performing team at this year's relay was the PB & J's, who joined together to raise over $20,000. The Knights of Columbus also raised over $7,000.
