Suspect From Salem Incident Arrested in Connecticut
The Eagle Tribune reported the news today.

A Manchester man wanted on narcotics and burglary-related charges stemming from Salem, Atkinson and North Andover, Mass. has been arrested in Connecticut, according to the Eagle Tribune.
William Boucher, 27, was arrested in Westport, Conn. as a fugitive from justice, according to the report.
The incident related to Salem was last spring, when Boucher was arrested on three warrants and drug possession after he was a passenger in a vehcile that failed to yield for pedestrians in a crosswalk.
