A Manchester man wanted on narcotics and burglary-related charges stemming from Salem, Atkinson and North Andover, Mass. has been arrested in Connecticut, <a href="http://www.eagletribune.com/newhampshire/x1533631037/NH-crime-suspect-nabbed-in-Conn" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to the Eagle Tribune.</a> William Boucher, 27, was arrested in Westport, Conn. as a fugitive from justice, according to the report. The incident related to Salem was last spring, when Boucher was arrested on three warrants and drug possession after he was a passenger in a vehcile that failed to yield for pedestrians in a crosswalk.
