Suspended Sentence Received for Man Involved in Home Invasion
The incident took place in April 2012.

A Salem man involved in a home invasion on Independence Drive will receive a suspended sentence, according to the Union Leader.
Michael Fantasia, 22, received a one-year county jail sentence which will remain suspended for three years, according to the report. Fantasia will be on probation for two years.
Fantasia pleaded guilty on Monday to burglary.

Police arrested Fantasia in April 2012 after he busted into the home of Michael Peters with two other men.
Peters had reportedly been taunting one of the other men, Salem resident Shane Delandy, on Facebook.

Also arrested in the incident was Alan Frias of Salem.
