Teen Arrested on a Warrant for Theft by Deception

MARCH 20, 2013

9:53 a.m. Lynn Sue Johnston, 44, of 39 Foxwood Court in Manchester, N.H. is arrested at Salem District Court on 35 Geremonty Drive and charged with arrest on a warrant. Released to Hooksett Police Department.

10:57 a.m. Mark James Wojnar, 36, of 105 Jewett St. in Lowell, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Nashua Police Department and charged with willful concealment.

11:22 a.m. Kimberly A. Tejada, 19, of 899 Essex St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with two counts theft by deception. Subject arraigned and judge released her on $500 personal recognizance.

2:53 p.m. Eric J. Lustenberger, 23, of 7 Arlington Street Apt. 5 in Lowell, Mass. was arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Lustenberger released on a summons.

2:53 p.m. A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Subject released to mother.
