Teen Arrested on Three Charges Including Criminal Trespass

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

MARCH 28, 2013

8:20 a.m. Matthew Dube, Jr. 18, of 9 Hough Road in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.

10:05 a.m. Jonathan Daniel Benoit, 25, of 22 School St. in Wilmington, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, reckless operation, reckless conduct, disobeying an officer and criminal mischief (vandalism). 

2:59 p.m. Dannielle N. Gudek, 27, of 11 Matthew Drive Apt. L in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with obtaining a controlled drug by fraud or deceit, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and criminal liability for conduct of another.

Gudek bailed at $2,500 personal recognizance.

3:10 p.m. Nicholas Rowan, 17, of 12 Pawtucket Road in Tyngsboro, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and criminal trespass.

5:03 p.m. U.S. Marshall's Office request a check at Paul's TV for a wanted person (maybe armed). Hispanic male, light skin, 5'8 about 195 pounds. Subject may be attempting to return a TV. Possible suspect vehicle is a Honda Civic. Second unknown subject in the vehicle. 

U.S. Marshall's later reporting they have subject in custody in Lawrence, Mass.

MARCH 29, 2013

6:43 a.m. Anthony Peter Blow, 54, of 40 Atherton Ave. in Nashua, N.H. is arrested at the Workout Club on 16 Pelham Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.
