A Manchester 18-year-old also had drugs on him at the time of the arrest.

A Manchester teenager apparently didn't check the traffic report Sunday before trying to flee from officers with stolen goods in his car.
According to Salem Police, Keenan Falck, 18, was charged with willful concealment, possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), reckless operation, disobeying a police officer and receiving stolen property.
Driving a gold Ford Focus, Falck took officers on a chase through the Old Rockingham Road neighborhood and eventually up the Exit 2 ramp to Interstate 93.
