Two Arrested Following School Street Accident

MARCH 2, 2013

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

12:33 a.m. Gerald Joseph Rodrigue, 31, of 127 Arlington St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Red Roof Inn on 15 Red Roof Lane and charged with criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

Kristy Kisiel, 28, of 4 Buyck Ave. in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested at Red Roof Inn on 15 Red Roof Lane and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd.)

A caller reported that a male subject tried to punch him because he wouldn't rent him a room. The male subject then left without his license. Both subjects were released on a summons, dropped off at Park View Inn.

9:21 a.m. Owner of TD Banknorth on 155 N. Broadway St.  requesting an officer to check on Obama protestors that are standing outside of their bank. They would like them removed. Subjects are leaving.

4:13 p.m. Janine Lauren Tortorelli, 32, of 75 Riverview St. in North Andover, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Tortorelli released on $620 cash.

8:22 p.m. Jasmine Katharine Guadalupe, 18, of 5 Cluff Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veteran's Memorial Parkway and charged with willful concealment – theft, driving after revocation or suspension and receiving stolen property.

MARCH 3, 2013

3:48 p.m. Catherine Joyce Moran, 53, of 27 Vernon St. Apt. 3 in Malden, Mass. is arrested at KMart on 161 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Moran released on $620 bail.

7:04 p.m. Mall security at the Mall at Rockingham Park on 1 Mall Road reporting an employee stated someone stole her tire from her dark green Toyota Corrola.

7:37 p.m. Colleen Evelyn Bell, 49, of 2 Ellsmere Ave. in Salem, N.H is arrested following an accident on 46 School St. and charged wth driving while intoxicated and reckless operation.

Barry M. Tardugno, 49, of 2 Ellsmere Ave. in Salem, N.H. is arrested following an accident on 46 School St. and charged with disorderly conduct.

Male subject released on a summons. Female subject was bailed.

MARCH 4, 2013

12:27 p.m. Caller reports a known drug user, tree cutter by trade, came to his door asking if he needed trees cut.

Caller is familiar with the subject. He left the area in small Mazda-type vehicle with New Hampshire plates towards Haverhill Road.
