Two Arrested Near Sears Auto Combine for Six Drug Charges

Editor's note: The following entries are excerpts from logs submitted by Salem Police.

MAY 20, 2013

10:43 a.m. Christopher Leif Tveter-Collins, 20, of 4 Mundy Lane in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with willful concealment – theft, theft by deception and arrest on a warrant.

Tveter-Collins released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

11:54 a.m. Subject on Webb Street requesting to speak to detective in reference to drugs in the area and a hypodermic needle found near her garage.

12:02 p.m. Victor Jaime Rosario, 23, of 93 Bellevue Ave. Apt. 3-FLR in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested on Main Street and S. Broadway and charged with possession of drugs (motor vehicle) and possession of a controlled drug.

Jason R. Miller, 29, of 8 Garrison Road in Salem, N.H. is arrested on Main Street and S. Broadway and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

Rosario bailed at $1,000 cash.

Miller bail set at $1,000 cash, transported to jail.

Arrest came after a motor vehicle stop in the Rite Aid parking lot on Main Street.

12:22 p.m. Caller on Sherwood Circle reports someone shooting a BB gun in the area and almost hit a contractor working on her property.

Officer spoke with the involved parties, BB gun has been put away for the day.

1:33 p.m. Neftali Rivera, 33, of 18 Prospect St. in Lawrence, Mass. is arrested at Sears Auto on 1 Mall Road and charged with possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, transport drugs in motor vehicle and two counts possession of a controlled drug.

Jessica L. Michaud, 30, of 624 Rimmon St. Apt. 2N in Manchester, N.H. is arrested at Sears Auto on 1 Mall Road and charged with possession of a controlled drug.

3:05 p.m. Derek Douglas Nicholson, 25, of 23 Hale Spring Road in Plaistow, N.H. is arrested on a bench warrant at the Salem Police Department.

6:00 p.m. Lance Wilkins, 23, of 2B Walker St. in Derry, N.H. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment - theft and default or breach of bail conditions.

Joshua Zachary Ryan, 18, of 6 Channing St. in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft.

Ryan bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

Wilkins bail set at $1,000 cash, transported to jail.

6:38 p.m. Employee at Macy's on 1 Mall Road reporting what appears to be a caretaker abusing an elderly female. Stated she saw the person pointing her finger and yelling at the elderly female and then forced her into a chair in the ladies shoes department.
