Two Arrests Made for Theft, Receiving Stolen Property

FEBRUARY 20, 2013

11:22 a.m. Ryan Jimenez, 24, of 4 Rogers Brook W. in Andover, Mass is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with willful concealment – theft and conspiracy to commit. Jimenez bailed at $750 cash.

4:11 p.m. Jaymi L Uphold, 20, of 31 Mill Road in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Uphold bailed at $750 personal recognizance.

4:12 p.m. Giana Catherine Carrozza, 21, of 7 Argyle St. Apt. 7 in Andover, Mass. is arrested at J.C. Penney on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Carrozza is released on a summons, court date April 8.

6:09 p.m. Summer Burns, 19, of 36 Windham Depot Road in Derry, N.H. is arrested at Sear on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Burns released on a summons, court date April 4.

FEBRUARY 21, 2013

11:52 a.m. Christopher Gregory Ferraro, 29, of 281 N. State St. in Concord, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and theft by deception.

1:02 p.m. Lynn Sue Johnston, 44, of 68 Laval St. in Manchester, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Johnston bailed at $5,000 cash/bond/surety.

3:46 p.m. A 16-year-old juvenile is arrested at Lord & Taylor on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Subject released to parents.

5:58 p.m. Mass State Police patched through a call from a subject who has taken 30-60 pills and alcohol on S. Broadway St. Subject transported to Holy Family.

11:33 p.m. Keith Alan Simoes, 28, of 28 Copley Drive in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on 180 Lawrence Road and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs and possession of drugs (motor vehicle). Simoes released on a summons.

7:28 a.m. Mark L. Dascanio, 44, of 39 Hunt Road in Kingston, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department on 9 Veterans Memorial Parkway and charged with simple assault and criminal threatening.
