Two Teens Arrested on Warrants for Vandalism

APRIL 2, 2013
9:28 a.m. Elderly driver transported to Parkland Medical Center after hitting a pole with their Ford Escape on 86 Haverhill Road and 3 Christine Lane.

4:04 p.m. Callen Aubrey, 18, of 8 Sandy Circle in Pelham, N.H. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road and charged with willful concealment – theft. Aubrey released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
9:13 p.m. Mark Thompson, Jr., 28, of 6 Craven Terrace in Derry, N.H. is arrested at USA Subs on 354 N. Broadway St. and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension.

Caller reporting a masonry truck hit the stone wall in front of the building. The caller believes the driver is injured.
Bail set at $1,000 cash, Thompson transported to Brentwood.
APRIL 3, 2013
10:07 a.m. Victor Manuel DeLeon, Jr., 29, of Lawrence, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with robbery; armed, criminal liability for conduct of another, willful concealment – theft and default or breach of bail conditions. Bail set at $50,000 cash.
3:35 p.m. James Lambert, 18, of 8 Anderson Drive in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief (vandalism).
Nicholas Rowan, 18, of 12 Pawtucket Boulevard in Tyngsboro, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
5:44 p.m. Loss prevention at Kmart on 161 S. Broadway St. reports that a male subject stole a couple of BB guns and left the parking lot in a white BMW.
10:35 p.m. Adam L. Walker, 26, of 29 Lowell Road Apt. 5 in Salem, N.H. is arrested at CVS (new) on 512 S. Broadway St. and charged with possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, willful concealment – theft and attempt to commit theft. Bail set at $1,000 cash. Walker will not be making bail and will be transported to the jail.
