VT Man Indicted On Reckless Conduct Gun Charge: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted in Hampton sexual assault case; Kensington man indicted on elderly exploitation charges; woman indicted on NH Made theft cases.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Abdul Hagi Ahmed, 51, of Broadway in Somerville, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and possession of buprenorphine charges, both felonies, on May 14, 2024, in Hampton.

Philip Jerald Amirault, 40, of Proctor Street in Salem, MA, on theft by deception and theft by misapplication of property charges, both felonies. He was accused of accepting $2,550 to buy materials for a construction project to perform home repairs and then failed to make the required payment on July 14, 2024, in Exeter.

Ethan Aaron Anderson, 24, of Bacon Street in Springfield, Vermont, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of placing others in danger by firing a handgun from the window of his vehicle while driving away from an incident in Londonderry on Aug. 18, 2024.

Seth A. Nyberg, 30, of Blacksnake Road in Seabrook, on falsifying physical evidence and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Sept. 6, 2024, in Brentwood, and ingesting it while in the back of a police cruiser to impair an investigation.

David Pandelena, 67, of Drinkwater Road in Kensington on three forgery and two financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult. Between June 15 and Aug. 2, 2024, he possessed another person’s Toyota Camry, forged the title of the vehicle as well as a Chevrolet Silverado truck with the Kensington town clerk’s office, according to the indictments.

Vincent Francis Pardini Jr., 59, of M Street in Hampton, on theft by unauthorized taking and burglary charges, both felonies. He worked in concert with Christopher Leon Descavich and Michael Anthony Centeno to burglarize the L Street Tavern in Hampton and steal more than $1,500 on Sept. 17, 2023, according to the indictments.

Jessica L. Pasay, 43, of Stillwater Drive in Greenland, on three felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of taking cash deposits of more than $1,500 from several NH Made retail storefronts for her personal use between Sept. 1, 2019, and Dec. 31, 2023, in Hampton; using funds belonging to NH Made to make more than $1,500 in purchases from Urban Outfitters between May 2, 2022, and May 23, 2023, in Portsmouth; and using NH Made funds to make more than $1,500 in purchases on Amazon between May 11, 2022, and Oct. 19, 2023, in Portsmouth.

Timothy A. Wait, 59, of High Street in Hampton, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of receiving a check for more than $1,500 to perform a service he did not perform on Feb. 19, 2024, in Seabrook.

Jessica Marie Webster, 39, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing two Scorch Torch lighters from the RMZ Travel Center in Londonderry on Aug. 28, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted on theft charges.

Ronald Edward Wilson Jr., 38, of Hackett Hill in Hooksett, on felony tampering with witnesses and informants, stalking-domestic violence, contempt, and criminal threat charges. He was accused of attempting to get a woman to withhold evidence on Nov. 11, 2024, in Salem, saying to her, “I will crucify you” or words to that effect. On Nov. 14, 2024, he was accused of threatening to smash the woman’s belongings or words to that effect, contacting her via text, and entering her apartment.

Ryan Christopher Woods, 35, of Church Street in Goffstown, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over a set of keys owned by Best Buy in Newington on Sept. 18, 2024.

Daniel Thomas Yetto Jr., 45, of Blue Factory Hill in Cropseyville, New York, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl between 13 and 16 on July 18, 2024, in Hampton.
