The most expensive property for sale in New Hampshire right now (not counting a 2-bedroom Merrimack home erroneously listed at $32 million) is a 17,000-square-foot mansion selling for $13.6 million in Wolfeboro, according to Zillow.

The property at 144 Springfield Point Road has eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. The home is situated on 58.6 acres of land.

The property, known as Lakeside Manor, has been featured in numerous magazines and TV shows, and was certified by the Secret Service for French President Nicolas Sarkozy's visit in 2007.

There is a 3-bay boathouse on Lake Winnipesaukee, a 4-slip boat dock and a sandy beach.
